17 . What if the goods arrive damaged?
Hey there! If your package shows signs of breakage upon receipt, we recommend attempting to open it in the presence of the driver or at least bringing it to their attention when signing for the item. If possible, try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package. Additionally, we suggest weighing the packages you received in case some items fell out during transport from the damaged package.
Please contact us immediately and retain all packaging materials. In the meantime, we also recommend calling the delivery company and informing them of the breakage, so they can take appropriate action. We want to make sure you receive your items in good condition and we're happy to assist you in any way we can. Thanks for choosing our services!
