20 . What's your return policy?

Hey there! Here's our return policy:

(1) Defective Products: We accept returns on website purchases within 30 days after delivery arrival. If you receive a defective product, you can return it for a refund or replacement. We'll cover the return shipping cost and shipping cost from China to your country. Please confirm with our PandaHall service team for the best shipping method.

(2) Non-defective Products: Products that are not defective can also be returned for a refund or replacement, even if they're unsatisfactory for your application. However, you must apply for the return within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated taxes.

Before returning the product, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to PandaHall must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and arrive at our facility without any damage. Please label the package as "return products."
